Transferring Credit
Transfer Credit General Regulations
"A student may transfer up to nine semester hours of his or her program using credits from another institution, provided that the credits transferred consist of a grade of B (3.000) or better in graduate-level courses, have been earned at a U.S. accredited institution, and have not been used towards any other degree. As courses at other institutions may not parallel courses at Northeastern, the student's academic department will determine the number of semester hours the external course will be worth." – Excerpted from the 2006-2007 Graduate School of Arts and Sciences General Regulations booklet .
