Directed/Independent Study
"I" Grade Contracts
"I" Grade Contracts are required of all graduate students who receive "I" grades. These contracts should be completed and submitted to the Graduate Office (415 Holmes Hall) at the time the "I" grade is issued.
Leave of Absence (LOA) & Medical Leave/Reentry (MLOA) Forms
- Non-medical Leave Form. If you have trouble accessing this PDF, which is a two-page form with instructions, contact the GSAS office at (617) 373-3982.
- A form for medical leave is available in the GSAS office, 124 Meserve.
